THE PROPONENT MUST MEET AL L STATE AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS; THE LANDING AREA MUST BE LIMITED TO PRIVATE USE ONLY; AND ALL OPERATIONS MUST BE CONDUCTED VISUALLY. BECAUSE THIS IS A PRIVATE USE HELIPORT, ALL OPERATORS PROCEED AT THEIR OWN RISK.
