ONLY THE SPECIAL APPROACH PROCEDURE WILL BE AFFORDED FAR PART 77 PROTECTION. THE PHYSICAL HELIPORT ITSELF, AS A PRIVATE-USE LANDING AREA WILL NOT HAVE FAR PART 77 OBSTRUCTION SURFACES APPLIED.
