    E111 TREES LOCATED ON THE EAST, SOUTH AND WEST SIDES OF THE TLOF/FATO SHALL BE REMOVED AS AGREED UPON DURING THE EVALUATION CONDUCTED ON APRIL 5, 2018. THE PRIMARY INGRESS/EGRESS PATH IS APPROXIMATELY 032/212 USING THE CENTER OF THE HELIPORT AS THE REFERENCE POINT. INSTALL AND MAINTAIN A WIND INDICATOR ADJACENT TO THE HELIPORT, AWAY FROM THE APPROACH AND DEPARTURE ROUTES, AND OUTSIDE THE SAFETY AREA. DO NOT CONDUCT NIGHT HELICOPTER OPERATIONS UNLESS THE HELIPORT AND WIND INDICATOR ARE LIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT EDITION OF AC 150/5390-2, PARAGRAPHS 411C AND 415. UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS ARE RESTRAINED FROM ACCESS TO THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA DURING HELICOPTER FLIGHT OPERATIONS. THE HELIPORT PROPONENT WILL REEXAMINE OBSTACLES IN THE VICINITY OF THE APPROACH/DEPARTURE PATH ON AN ANNUAL BASIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 150/5390-2C, PARAGRAPH 409E. THE PROPONENT WILL ENSURE THE PRIMARY INGRESS/EGRESS PATH REMAINS CLEAR; REMOVE/TOP TREES AS NECESSARY. ONLY PILOTS AUTHORIZED BY THE PROPONENT SHALL BE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT OPERATIONS INTO THIS HELIPAD. PROPONENT SHALL BRIEF PILOTS HE AUTHORIZES ON THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT, PREVAILING WINDS AND ANY AREAS TO AVOID OVERFLYING.
