THE LANDING AREA IS LIMITED TO PRIVATE USE. THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA IS APPROPRIATELY MARKED. A NON-OBSTRUCTING WIND INDICATOR IS MAINTAINED ADJACENT TO THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA. 8:1 APPROACH/DEPARTURE SLOPES ARE ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED CLEAR. IF MORE THAN ONE HELICOPTER MAY OPERATE AT THE HELIPORT AT A TIME, DESIGNATE A PARKING AREA OUTSIDE OF THE HELIPAD SAFETY AREA AND NOT UNDER AN APPROACH/DEPARTURE SURFACE. PLEASE CONTACT MR.
