A NON-OBSTRUCTING WIND INDICATOR IS MAINTAINED ADJACENT TO THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA. LANDING AREA HAS BEEN (IS) CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADVISORY CIRCULAR 150/5390-2B, HELIPORT DESIGN. ALL HELICOPTER INGRESS/EGRESS ROUTE OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED ON A ROUTE OF 360/180 DEGREES USING THE TOUCHDOWN PAD AS THE CINTER OF A COMPASS ROSE.
