    E111 ALL INGRESS/EGRESS ROUTES HAVE AT THE VERY MINIMUM A CLEAR 8:1 VISUAL APPROACH SLOPE. TLOF IS ILLUMINATED WITH FLUSH GREEN LIGHT FIXTURES. TLOF IS MARKED TO INDICATE THE MAX TAKEOFF WEIGHT AND MAX LENGTH OF HELICOPTER WHICH THE TLOF IS DESIGNED. TLOF IS MARKED WITH A TOUCHDOWN/POSITION CIRCLE, AND PERIMETER IS DEFINED WITH A CONTINUOUS 12-IN (30 CM) WHITE LINE. CAUTIONARY SIGN IS DISPLAYED TO CONTROL ACCESS TO HELIPORT. ONLY ONE HELICOPTER SHALL OCCUPY THE HELIPAD AT A TIME. A NON-OBSTRUCTING LIGHTED WIND INDICATOR IS MAINTAINED ADJACENT TO THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA, BUT LOCATED OUTSIDE THE SAFETY AREA AND APP/DEPT PATHS. APP OPS SHOULD BE CONDUCTED FROM 280 -TO- 320 DEGREE COURSE, AND 080 -TO-175 DEGREE COURSE USING THE CENTER OF HELIPORT AS THE REF POINT. DEPT OPS SHOULD BE CONDUCTED FROM 100 -TO- 140 DEGREE COURSE, AND 260 -TO- 355 DEGREE COURSE, USING THE CENTER OF HELIPORT AS THE REF POINT.
