The new Istanbul Airport is impressive. The terminal is huge and modern with excellent facilities. Immigration was efficient with many counters open. The IGA lounge exceeded expectations. Food courts offer Turkish and international options, reasonably priced for an airport. Free Wi-Fi throughout. Metro connection to city takes time but works well. Duty-free shopping is extensive. The prayer rooms are well-maintained. Only issue is the walking distances to some gates.

First time at Istanbul's new airport. The scale is massive but signage is good. Immigration took about 30 minutes which was acceptable. The variety of food is impressive with great Turkish options at decent prices. Lounges are plentiful. Wi-Fi worked fine for work. The metro to Sultanahmet took over an hour but was cheap. Some gates are extremely far - allow extra time. Overall well-designed modern facility.

Transited through Istanbul from Moscow to New York. The new airport is world-class. Transfer security was thorough but moved quickly. The Turkish food court had authentic and delicious options. Shopping includes both luxury and local goods. Staff were helpful and English was widely spoken. Wi-Fi required registration but worked well. The hotel in the airport is convenient for long layovers. Bathrooms were pristine. Very positive experience overall.
