Incheon is a masterclass in airport design. Everything flows logically from check-in to boarding. The cultural performances and museum exhibits give you something to do during layovers. Food options span Korean specialties to international chains, all high quality. Free showers are available and well-maintained. AREX train to Seoul is fast and comfortable. Wi-Fi is excellent. Only slight complaint is the walk to some gates can be long.

First visit to Incheon and it exceeded expectations. The airport feels spacious and modern. Security was thorough but moved quickly. The Korean food court had excellent bibimbap at reasonable prices. Free cultural experiences like the traditional craft area were unique. Wi-Fi required passport registration but worked perfectly after. Bathrooms were spotless. The only minor issue was some confusion about which shuttle bus for hotels.

Transited through ICN from New York to Bangkok. The transfer process was seamless with clear English signage. Immigration for transit took maybe 10 minutes. The variety of shopping is impressive though duty-free prices weren't particularly cheap. Multiple lounges available depending on your airline and class. Took advantage of the free internet terminals. The napping areas with recliners were a nice touch. Very impressed overall.
