Dubai never disappoints. The sheer scale is impressive but navigation is intuitive. Duty-free shopping is extensive without feeling overwhelming. Immigration was surprisingly quick for an international arrival, took maybe 20 minutes total. The Emirates lounge access made my 6-hour layover comfortable. Food options span every cuisine imaginable. Free Wi-Fi actually works well throughout. Only minor issue was finding a quiet spot to work between terminals.

Spent 8 hours here between flights to Singapore. The transit hotel in Terminal 3 was worth every dirham - got a real shower and 4 hours of sleep. Food variety is excellent though pricey even for an airport. Immigration for transit passengers was straightforward. The airport train between terminals is efficient. Wi-Fi required too many logins for my liking. Smoking rooms are well-ventilated if that matters to you. Overall very manageable for long connections.

First time in DXB and I was blown away by the architecture. Terminal 3 is enormous - give yourself extra time to walk between gates. The metro connection to the city is convenient and affordable. Duty-free zone feels like a luxury mall. Plenty of charging points and the Wi-Fi speed was decent for streaming. Staff were professional though not overly friendly. The 24-hour food courts came in handy during my red-eye connection.
