A NON-OBSTRUCTING WIND INDICATOR IS MAINTAINED ADJACENT TO THE TAKEOFF/LANDING AREA. ALL HELICOPTER INGRESS/EGRESS ROUTE OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED ON A 230 DEGREE INGRESS AND 050 DEGREES EGRESS USING THE TOUCHDOWN PAD AS THE CENTER OF A COMPASS ROSE.
