OBSTRUCTIONS THAT PENETRATE THE 8:1 APPROACH/DEPARTURE SURFACE MUST BE LOWERED OR REMOVED; B. OBJECTS THAT PENETRATE THE OBJECT IDENTIFICATION SURFACE (AS DEFINED BY ADVISORY CIRCULAR (AC) 150/5390-2C, PAR. 217 AND FIG. 2-32 MUST BE MARKED AND/OR LIGHTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 70/7460-1. C.
