FOR NIGHT OPERATIONS, THE SEAPLANE BASE PROPONENT SHOULD INSTALL A LITE WIND CONE THAT PROVIDES SURFACE WIND DIRECTION INFORMATION TO THE SEA LANE. 4. FOR NIGHT OPERATIONS, SEAPLANE FACILITY IDENTIFICATION AND WATER OPERATING AREA LIGHTING SHOULD BE PROVIDED. AC 150-5395-1, CHAPTER 8, PARAGRAPH 52. 6.
